Well, so far - at least! I am not gonna even try map it out (in google map). It such a beautiful day, although I still am feeling under the weather, I forced myself to run. I thought I could do at least an hour (again). Lesson learned: if you're still recuperating and your body is telling you otherwise, listen to your body.
I ran a measly ten minutes (maybe not even) and walked my way back home. Even the walk back home felt like torture! I wanted to crawl, hail a cab... Even with a water bottle on hand (I thought I would just need to hydrate more), I couldn't. Yet, even with such a poor performance, I am sweating like I just ran the full half marathon!
I am gonna end this post, sad and hit the shower... hopefully I would feel much better in the next couple. I have to feel better. I have to do better.
